All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders before 12:00pm CST will go out the same day, and any orders received after 12PM CST will be sent the next business day. We try our best to send the same day, but there are no guarantees. If you are in a rush to receive your garment it is best that you consult with us to ensure you receive it by the desired time and there are no misunderstandings. Call us at 956-688-8325.

When you order from www.Isavela.com, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days for ground shipping. We have several other options for your convenience. Our primary shipping provider is UPS, however, depending on the shipping location, USPS may also be used. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Trying on Your New Garment

  • Please wear a full undergarment (i.e. pantyhose, etc.) when checking for fit.
  • Please abstain from using any types of skin care products (i.e. deodorant, body oils, lotion, and perfume) that can possibly stain or scent the garment.
  • Please cover any surgical wounds to prevent blood or any body fluids from staining the garments.
  • Please abstain from garment storage in areas with strong odors (i.e. cigarettes, smoke allergens, such as pet hair dander).

Return Policy

Unfortunately, sometimes returning a product is necessary for your convenience and we understand that not every product will fit perfectly and you may need to return or exchange your purchase.  Having said that, Isavela will readily accept returns or exchanges for products in their original condition within 15 days of the purchase date. Please note that Isavela will inspect all products upon return

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been altered, stained, worn, washed, damaged, have smoke or perfume smell, and soiled or the tag not in place.

  • Original purchase shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Isavela is not responsible for any lost returns.

Please follow the below process for a successful return or exchange:

Fill out the return form sent to you, by our customer service team when you called or emailed us to receive a RAN number and place the garment you wish to return/exchange inside a box or envelope.

  • Write down the RAN number on the form
  • Let us know reason for your return
  • If you are exchanging please provide product number, size and color
  • Return the package using the carrier of your choice. However, we highly recommend using FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post to documented delivery

 Please note that Isavela does not provide return shipping, however, if you exchange standard shipping back to you is free.
