To initiate a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at returns@isavela.com to start the process. Once approved, returns are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 10% Restocking Fee.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Quality inspections are completed within 3-5 business days of receipt, and if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt to qualify for credit.
• Worn, altered, damaged, stained, washed, or odorous items will not be accepted.
• Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending your item back.
• Note that all returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee, and shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for lipo foam, stabilizers, or binders. Sale items, custom garments, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For faster service, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase separately.
